Please read these terms and conditions ("Agreement") carefully before accessing or using the “Roadmap 2.0” formerly "Roadmap to Riches" Master Resell Rights ("MRR") product. This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you ("Licensee") and Grow and Glow with Audrey, LLC ("Licensor").
By accessing or using the "Roadmap 2.0” MRR product, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Grant of License
License Grant: Licensor, Grow and Glow with Audrey, LLC , grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, reproduce, and resell the "Roadmap 2.0” MRR product as specified in this Agreement.
Resell Rights: Licensee has the right to resell the "Roadmap 2.0” MRR product to end-users. Licensee may retain all profits generated from the resale of the product sold to their network. Licensee cannot resell this course for less than $497.
No Private Label Rights: Licensee does not have the right to claim ownership of the "Roadmap 2.0” MRR product, modify the product or brand it as its own. Private label rights are not granted.
REFUNDS: All sales of this product are final. Refunds will not be granted for any reason due to this product containing downloadable content.
Restrictions
No Unlawful Use: Licensee may not use the "Roadmap 2.0” MRR product for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to the distribution of illegal or offensive content.
Intellectual Property
Ownership: Grow and Glow with Audrey, LLC retains all intellectual property rights, title, and interest in and to the "Roadmap 2.0” MRR product, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights.
Warranty and Liability
No Warranty: The "Roadmap 2.0” MRR product is provided "as-is" without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
Limitation of Liability: Grow and Glow with Audrey, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the "Roadmap 2.0” MRR product.
Termination
Termination for Breach: This Agreement may be terminated by Grow and Glow with Audrey, LLC if Licensee breaches any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use and distribution of the "Roadmap 2.0” MRR product.
General
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether oral or written.
By accessing or using the "Roadmap 2.0” MRR product, Licensee acknowledges that it has read and understood this Agreement and agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions. Grow and Glow with Audrey, LLC
Changes to these Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
